GreenDays
When I began working with GreenDays, the company had a partially established brand and a number of existing clients in the Israeli market. At the onset of the project, the company had a rudimentary understanding of the product's appearance and user flow, so we focused on refining their concept and idea.
My goal was building the company an efficient and user-friendly system that would streamline the process of connecting clients with the right installers, ultimately making it easier for people to access and implement solar energy solutions.
We had different personas for the customer side and the business side But since the business model was relying on the Installers, I focused my research on them
I conducted interviews with some of the company’s design partners, and found some pain points from the currents process with GreenDays, and in the general process of them with customers
Pain points encountered when
finalizing deals with clients
Potential pain points and concerns from participating in a marketplace
NEED
They're looking for a way to work smarter , not harder! They want to improve their process without losing what makes them special and without getting lost in the crowd of other companies.
After working on some brainstorming and goals, I created the User flow
I had multiple user flows, with many options for each of them. The process was complex, consisting of various pauses where each user could decide if they wanted to continue the communication and act accordingly.
Each side (The installer and the customer) got their own flows and site map.
Greendays had two main processes that they did not want to disclose, but they were crucial in making the user's journey easier (Customer side) and simpler. These processes took a long time to define and design.
After finalizing the site map, user journey, and user flow for the website,, the next step was to create wireframes, which are basic visual representations of the layout and functionality of each page or screen.
The design is very simple and clean, due to the complexity of the information. The colors used are the brand colors, and the design concept features linear illustrations to convey simplicity and approachability
